Hard bed, rude staff at reception
Rude staff, poor wifi in the room ,
I have travel a lot of time n this is the worsest hotel that I ever stay ,I lost my small luggage n very bad service n I ask the counter about my luggage they dint response for my thing, the breakfast is bad too the food every day is the same. Please take note of u stay in this hotel please take care of your personal belongings
Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, Internet on the sixth floor, location near Triumphal Arch on the silent street.
Small and nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, near restaurants and supermarket, 5-10 minutes walk from Metro and Shamps-Ellisse. My children enjoyed staying there.
Room a bit small for 3 beds but not so bad for central Paris standards
The hotel has a great location at the heart of Paris, also convenient for the Palais des Congres. Room size rather small but comfortable and cozy. Helpful staff.
Not perfectly clean. There was some hair in the bathroom. Also they had turned off the heating even though it was still rather cold. They however provided an electric radiator when I complained about the temperature.
Location is near to perfect, just 2-3 minutes of walk to the Arc. The room is quite comfortable for this money. Free wi-fi is also a plus.
This is more about whole Paris than this hotel - room is quite small. But once again, this is quite typical for Paris for this money.
It was a nice hotel with nice people running it. It was cheap with a good value for money and close to everything!!!! Highly reccomended.
This is hotel is perfect for city location and sites, though nearby restaurants were more expensive than the Opera and Latin area. Hotel itself was comfortable but a bit dated in decor and no other faiclities other than B&B. Free use of internet in reception was helpful too.
Staff helpful tho cleaning staff forgot to make up beds & change towels on the1st day, this wasn't too much of a problem though. Also the carpet on the stairs was worn and very dirty which gave bad 1st impressions as room was ok.
A/C was not working Very very small room They charge your credit before you check in, leaving no chance to chane the hotel if you do not like it
The staff very very friendly, the location is excellent and every things near you ,
The room is tooooooooo small , 2x2.5 square only ,
Excellent staff, very good breakfast, cosy atmosphere, nice room, great bed.
Lift is small but it is usual for most paris hotels
Free computer, friendly staff, relative closeness to city. The flat screen tv was a nice touch. Close to metro stations and an excellent creperie down the road
Room was cramped, and the elevator was a bit small (enough space for me and one bag). Location is a bit far from city centre (but there are metro stations in the area), and a good creperie down the road.
Room is good for night. Breakfast was poor: there wasn't any hot food, only eggs. Personal was pleasant.
This hotel was great, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It's in walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe and there is plenty of shopping to do in the area. Right down the street was a mini market that you could buy food or water for the room. The subway was also a few blocks away and we found that to be an affordable way to get around Paris. We came to Paris to run the Paris Marathon and we chose this hotel since it was so close to the starting line up. Also, the staff were very nice and helpful!
The breakfast was expensive ($13 euro person) and the options were scarce. You are better off eating outside of the hotel or buying food at the mini market and eating in your room. The elevator was very small and fit a max. of 2 small people. We sent our luggage up the elevator and had to run up the stairs to meet it at the top. Other than that, the hotel is great and was affordable.
